Creative outlet for the munchkins

Looking for a creative outlet for the munchkins to save your kitchen walls?

Artescape is an out-of hours Saturday art club based in Islington for primary age children, based at William Tyndale School’s Art Studio, Morris Building.

Run by Lala and Lorraine (sounds like the making of a song) the kids learn a range of different skills and approaches to making and creating lots of different art forms including sculpture, drawing, painting, printmaking, textiles, and clay work. What fun!

Artescape aims to encourage children to explore their own ideas and interests and each term every child makes a portfolio of work. In July 2013 Aria displayed these whimsical clocks created by #Artescape talent who were inspired by the modern design products at Aria. Stacks up nicely against the in house Aria clock collection wouldn’t you say?
